Cancellation and refunds
How to stop paying, what your statutory right to cancel is and when it ends early, and how money comes back.
Who operates this site
Snaglist is a trading name. The company behind it, its registered number and its registered office are published in full on the legal information page, and on that page only.
Cancelling a subscription
Sign in, go to the billing page, and choose to cancel. It takes the same number of steps as subscribing did. There is nothing to ring, nobody to email first, and no offer to get past.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If for any reason the billing page will not do it, write to support@drumg3square.shop or ring +44 7400578832 and we will do it for you. That is a fallback, not the route.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel it and get your money back, without giving a reason.
We also give you a fresh 14 days after every renewal. That is not yet required — it comes in with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, expected in spring 2027 — and we apply it now.
You do not have to use the form below. An email saying clearly that you are cancelling is enough, and so is a phone call.
When the 14 days ends early, and how we ask
This service is digital content supplied straight away. Under regulation 37 of those Regulations, the 14-day right ends early only if all three of the following have happened:
- you expressly agreed, before we began, that we could start supplying it within the 14 days;
- you acknowledged that by doing so you would lose the right to cancel; and
- we confirmed both of those to you on a durable medium.
So at checkout there are two separate tick boxes, neither of which is ticked for you. One is the agreement to start now; the other is the acknowledgement. They must be ticked separately, the server checks both again before anything is enabled, and your order confirmation email repeats both back to you — that email is the durable confirmation the third condition requires.
If you do not tick them, we simply wait. Your subscription starts after the 14 days and your right to cancel is untouched.
If any of the three steps has not happened, the 14-day right stands in full. And if we ever failed to tell you about the right to cancel as regulation 13 requires, the period extends to 12 months and 14 days.
Refunds
If you cancel within a cooling-off period that has not ended early, you get all of your money back for that period, to the card or account you paid from, within 14 days of us being told.
Where you agreed to start straight away and then cancel within the 14 days, we may charge for the part of the period you have had, in proportion. In practice, for a service at this price, we normally refund it in full.
Outside a cooling-off period, cancelling stops the next payment and the current period is not refunded in part.
If a payment was taken in error, or taken twice, tell us and we will refund it in full straight away.
If you are unhappy with a list, write to us. We would rather sort it out than have you out of pocket for something you could not use.
Please write to us before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse a payment. It is almost always quicker, and a reversal opened without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended while it is looked into.
Delivery
This is a digital service and there is nothing to ship. Access to a paid plan is enabled as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds, and is used in your browser at once.
If access has not appeared within an hour of a successful payment, that is a fault. Tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Nothing physical is ever sent, so there is no delivery charge, no delivery address and no return of goods.
Before you first pay
Before the first payment on a paid plan you are shown a screen of its own setting out the amount including VAT, the currency, the billing period, the date the next payment would be taken, and how to cancel. Nothing is pre-ticked on it.
Before each renewal you get a separate reminder email that repeats the same details and how to cancel. It never carries marketing.
If we cancel
We may close an account for a breach of the terms or the acceptable use policy. Where the breach was not deliberate, any unused paid period is refunded.
If we ever stopped offering the service, we would tell registered users at least 30 days beforehand and refund any period paid for and not used.
Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this. It is here because Schedule 3 Part B of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 requires it to be available. Complete it and send it back only if you want to cancel the contract.
To: Snaglist, support@drumg3square.shop I/We [*] hereby give notice that I/We [*] cancel my/our [*] contract of sale of the following goods [*] / for the supply of the following service [*], Ordered on [*] / received on [*], Name of consumer(s), Address of consumer(s), Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper), Date [*] Delete as appropriate.
