There is a person at the other end

Two ways to reach us, both of them direct. No ticket number, no queue, and nothing you have to fill in before you are allowed to say what is wrong.

A person standing in an empty room writing in a small notebook.

Email

support@drumg3square.shop

Answered within two working days, usually the same day. Best for anything with detail in it.

Telephone

+44 7400578832

A direct line, not a menu. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. Ring it if you are standing in the property and stuck.

What to put in it

The email address on the account, and what you were doing when it went wrong. If it is about a payment, roughly when it was taken. You do not need an order number and we will not ask you for one.

Please do not send photographs of your property. We cannot look at them and would only have to delete them — this service does not accept images and does not judge what is in one.

The things people write in about

01

I want to cancel

Sign in, go to the billing page, cancel. Same number of steps as subscribing. If that will not work for you, write or ring and we will do it.

Cancellation and refunds

02

I want a refund

Write to us with the account email and roughly when the payment was taken. If it was taken in error or twice, it goes back in full straight away. Otherwise the position is set out in full on the cancellation page.

The counts on my list are wrong

They are what a place of that shape usually has, not a measurement of yours. Walk what is actually there. If a whole kind is missing for your sort of property, tell us — that is worth fixing in the table.

04

Can you tell me whether something is acceptable?

No, and not because of a policy we could waive: this service judges nothing at all. It cites no standard and gives no tolerance. That question belongs with whoever handed you the keys.

What this does not do

05

Something on the site is hard to use

Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. Accessibility problems are treated as faults, not requests.

Accessibility

01

Is this a defect? Does this count as a problem?

+

This judges nothing. It does not say that anything fails, falls short or must be put right; it cites no standard and it gives no tolerance. Acceptance standards, tolerances and who is responsible for what differ greatly from one place to another, and none of that is something this could know about your property.

The wording here is always that something is worth noting. Note where it is and take a picture. Whether it is something that gets put right is between you and whoever handed you the keys — this does not judge it.

In the list, "noted" is not an error marker. It is violet rather than red for exactly that reason, and there is no count of problems anywhere: the interface will tell you how many of a kind you have walked, never how many things were found.

AI notice

02

How long have I got to report something?

+

This gives no time limit of any kind. It does not explain any warranty, reporting or complaints process, and it does not say whether a period exists or how long it might be.

Where the list says something can only be looked at now, that is a physical matter and nothing else: furniture will stand on the floor, a wardrobe will go against the wall, boxes will stack against the window reveals, and sealing only shows what it is doing after it has rained. It has nothing whatever to do with any deadline.

If a period applies to anything, that is between you and whoever handed you the keys, and you would need to ask them or take your own advice.

03

There is a crack in the wall. Does it matter?

+

This makes no structural or safety judgement. Cracks, settlement, load-bearing elements, electrical matters and anything to do with gas are all outside what this covers.

Write down where it is and leave it there. Anything structural, electrical or gas-related needs a qualified person to look at it in person.

If your description mentions any of those, the list changes: the wording for that row is stripped back to recording only, and that line is added to it.

04

Can I use this list to make a complaint?

+

No. Using anything this produces in a public review, a complaint, a negotiation, or as evidence in a dispute, an arbitration or a court case is not permitted.

What this produces is a record for yourself, so that in six months you can still work out what you were looking at and where it was. It is not a survey, not an inspection and not an assessment of any property, and it was never built to support an argument with anybody.

Acceptable use policy

05

Do you keep my photographs?

+

There is no way to upload a photograph here. It is not a setting that is switched off — there is no upload channel in the product at all.

The reason is straightforward: the moment a service accepts a photograph of somebody's property, it is being asked to say whether what is in the photograph is acceptable. This never says that about anything. So the pictures you take stay on your own device, and all this does is tell you what to point the camera at and how to write down where it was.

06

Is what I type used to train a model?

+

No. Your description of the property is not used to train any model, ours or anybody else's.

A model is used for one narrow job, and only when the operator has configured one: turning your sentence into the shape of a property — how many bedrooms, how many floors. The list itself is built in your browser from a fixed table, and the order it comes out in is decided by the same table. A model never decides what goes on your list.

07

How accurate is it?

+

It produces a list of kinds and counts a place of the shape you described would usually have. It is not a measurement of your property and it has not looked at anything.

Counts will not always match. If your kitchen has eleven cupboard doors and the row says ten, the row is wrong and your kitchen is right — walk the eleventh anyway. The row is there to give you a rhythm, not to tell you what you own.

Three things it cannot know at all: the actual condition of your property, how things are normally done where you are, and what your contract says.

08

Why by kind and not room by room?

+

Because walking room by room means your attention resets at every doorway, and each time it resets the most obvious thing in the room takes it. A mark on a wall gets seen. Whether every door opens all the way does not.

Doing all the doors, then all the sockets, then all the taps builds a rhythm, and a rhythm is what stops things being missed. It is also why the list can never be grouped by room here: a room only ever appears as a label saying where something is.

09

What happens if I cancel?

+

You can cancel from the billing page in your account, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. There is nothing to ring and nobody to email first.

Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded pro rata.

You also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing, and a fresh 14 days after each renewal. The conditions under which that right ends early are set out in full on the cancellation page, along with the statutory cancellation form.

10

What happens to my allowance if I do not use it?

+

It resets at the start of the next billing period and does not carry over. It is not money and it has no cash value.

There are no credit packs and no top-ups: an allowance cannot be bought on its own. If you run out before the period ends, the only route is a higher plan.

11

Can a 16-year-old use this?

+

No. You must be 18 or over to hold an account and to subscribe, because a subscription is a contract.

Nothing here is aimed at children and no account is knowingly opened for anyone under 18.

12

Does it work with no signal?

+

Yes, once the page has loaded. Empty properties tend to have poor signal, so the list is built in your browser rather than on a server, and where you have got to is kept on the device.

You can close the page, walk out of range, come back and reload, and the list will be where you left it. There is a plain-text version grouped by kind, and a printable sheet — a good number of people walk round with paper and a pen, and that is a sensible way to do it.
