Cookies

A short policy, because there is not much to say: nothing non-essential is set, and refusing is as easy as accepting.

Who operates this site

Snaglist is a trading name. The company behind it, its registered number and its registered office are published in full on the legal information page, and on that page only.

01

What is set right now

Only what is strictly necessary to run the site. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, strictly necessary storage does not require consent; everything else does, and everything else is off.

  • A sign-in session, once you have signed in. Removed when you sign out.
  • Your answer to the cookie banner, so that you are not asked again.
  • Where you have got to on a list, kept in local storage on your device. It is not sent anywhere and we cannot read it.

There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracker.

02

Saying no

The banner has two buttons, Reject all and Accept all. They are the same size, in the same style, side by side, and neither is made to look like the sensible answer. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, which is what the regulator expects.

Rejecting changes nothing about what the site does for you. Every feature works either way.

To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will come back.

03

If that ever changes

If anything measurable is ever added, it will be listed here by name and purpose before it is switched on, it will be off until you say yes, and the banner will ask again.
